เปิดหลักสูตรเรียนเพื่อผู้ที่สนใจจะทํางานบนเรือสําราญ โดยเน้นการฝึกทักษะการบริการ อาทิ Waiter, Bartender, Barista, Sommelier, Restaurant Captain และ Butler เป็นต้น
หลักสูตรครอบคลุมการเรียนรู้ด้านต่างๆ อาทิ
- การบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในห้องอาหาร
- การผสมเครื่องดื่ม Cocktails
- การบริการไวน์และกาแฟ
- ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารและสอบมาตรฐาน Marlins
- การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ Mindset และทัศนคติในงานบริการ
