ในการประชุมเมื่อวันที่ 7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 กับ คุณฐิตินันท์ หยั่นธสานกิจ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล และ คุณพัทน์นรี ดีสนธิดุมา ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล เราได้ร่วมกันหารือถึงแนวทางในการสนับสนุนนักเรียนของเราให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ฝึกงานที่มีคุณค่า
✨ ประเด็นสำคัญจากความร่วมมือครั้งนี้:
โอกาสฝึกงานเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน
✔ ได้รับ Tips ตั้งแต่เดือนมีนาคมเป็นต้นไป
✔ ได้รับเงินเบี้ยเลี้ยง +Tips ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายนเป็นต้นไป
✔ อาหารและชุดยูนิฟอร์ม
✔ มีโอกาสได้รับการพิจารณาเข้าทำงานหลังจบการฝึกงาน ขึ้นอยู่กับผลการปฏิบัติงาน
✔ การเยี่ยมเยียนโรงเรียน Maru CHOT เพื่อให้ความรู้ในการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่งานโรงแรมและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและให้กำลังใจนักเรียน
ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้เป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์ถึงความมุ่งมั่นของ โรงแรม แบงค็อก แมริออท สุรวงศ์ ในการสนับสนุนและพัฒนาคนรุ่นใหม่ให้มีอนาคตที่สดใสขึ้น เรารู้สึกตื่นเต้นและยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่นักเรียนของเราจะได้รับโอกาสดีๆ ในครั้งนี้

We are truly grateful for the wonderful collaboration with Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, which will provide Maru CHOT students with valuable opportunities for growth and learning.
During our meeting on February 7, 2025, with Ms. Thitinan Yarnthasanakij, Director of Human Resources, and Ms. Patnaree Deesonthiduma, Assistant Director of Human Resources, we discussed meaningful initiatives to support our students throughout their internship journey.

✔ TIPS + 100 Baht daily allowance from April onwards
✔ Food and uniforms provided
✔ A 3-month internship opportunity
✔ Job opportunities based on performance
