The partnership's development can be summarized in three phases:

Phase 1: Building Bridges (September 2022 - December 2022): IHG Group initiated the collaboration with visits to MaruCHOT, providing presentations, workshops, and career guidance to students. MaruCHOT reciprocated with visits to IHG properties, fostering stronger relationships and clarifying industry needs. This phase culminated in on-site job interviews for graduating students.

Phase 2: Strengthening Connections (January 2023 - February 2023): IHG Group's continued support was evident through participation in graduation ceremonies and the provision of internship opportunities.

Phase 3: Formalizing the Partnership (February 2023 - Present): The partnership reached its apex with the signing of a formal framework agreement. This agreement solidifies the commitment to developing student skills and providing career pathways within IHG's extensive network of over 100 hotels across Thailand.
