Service and general knowledge of bar work

1. General knowledge of bar department

2. Equipment, tools and equipment in the bar and the preparation of service in the bar.

3. General knowledge about beverages

4. Knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails

5. Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails

6. The practice of mixing mocktails and cocktails

The course does not include internship submissions. But the school will give advice on how to find Place of work or internship
